"My wife and I are very pleased with the high level of service provided by the Sampson agency. Our former State Farm agent retired and his clients were transferred to another agency. Then some of us were transferred to Bill Sampson. The in between agent was average but the Sampson agency is as good, if not better than our original agent. I was just on the phone for a bit with Jorge and he reviewed two of my policies for potential savings. We would have received a little savings for reduced coverage. So it was best to make no changes. He’s a pleasure to work with."
